By accessing or using ArchSaint Nexus ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

ArchSaint Nexus is the premier infrastructure layer for vetting, incubating, and scaling the next generation of African ventures. Our services include access to the Incubation Pipeline, membership in the Vanguard 100, and a suite of technical and business tools designed to accelerate venture growth.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

All content provided by the Platform, including but not limited to code, designs, and methodologies, is the property of ArchSaint Nexus.

While we respect your unique contributions, you acknowledge that in a venture building environment, multiple individuals may develop similar ideas independently. Registration or participation in the Hub does not grant 100% exclusive ownership of general concepts or ideas that may overlap with other members' projects.

Specific Intellectual Property (IP) agreements will be executed for projects moving into formal incubation phases, detailing the specific ownership and rights for those ventures.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium.
• Using any automated system to access the Service.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ArchSaint Nexus makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the platform. In no event shall ArchSaint Nexus be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
